The demo covers the tutorial mission and two ingame missions out of 26. The multiplayer modes are restricted to about halve of the weaponary of the full version (23 out of 47 weapons/items) and three out of 40 arenas. I bet you'll have much fun with it, though. Crossfire II requires at least AGA, an 030 and 16 MB RAM. It works PPC (WarpOS), Amithlon, UAE and even MorphOS at Pegasos. It supports soundboards via AHI, a special HiColor version for gfx boards (32MB Ram and 060/PPC recommended). For more information visit www.atc-tcp.de or www.dreamworlds.de. History: V1.03: - The game did accidentially ask for cybergraphics.library even if ChunkyPPC was used. This prevents the game from starting up on AGA only systems. Fixed. - When running the demo in 8Bit mode the titlescreen was just black. Pressing some key lead to the main menu but it looked like a hang up. Fixed. - Mainmenu background picture used wrong palette in 8Bit mode. So the title text and the ship selection looked distorted. Fixed. V1.02: - Fixed memory hits on Pegasos systems. Querying the 4player adapter is only possible by hardware bashing but the Pegasos has no such hardware registers. V1.01: Initial release of the demo version.
