Every player has a populated planet with some installations on it from which he has to spread over the known universe by building different space ships (colony ships, war ships, troop transportes, exploration ships...) and making advance in technology. The higher the technology level, the more new and sophisticated objects the civilization can build. This is a sequel to Colonial Conquest I. Many bugs have been removed and hundreds of details changed. The major new points however are: - Intelligent computer opponent that makes the game challenging even when playing alone. - Alien life forms to be discovered on new planets (50 lifeforms!) - Ground combats & military. - Espionage with spy satellites. - Lots of new objects and space ships. - Title music, more graphics. - Background story, Empire points. Now, two player do not necessarly have to destroy eachother. They can also play until one of them has gathered enough Empire points to win the game. The game has nice graphics and a mouse driven interface. A very long manual will explain everything that may be unclear. This manual is now also included in a German version.
