Short: One Dimensional Spectra analysing Author: kowallik@kmesil.me.kp.dlr.de Uploader: kowallik kmesil me kp dlr de Type: gfx/misc Architecture: m68k-amigaos This is Update 2.1 (18-Feb-1994) on Line Interactive Spectra Examination with LISE ------------------------------------------------- LISE is a relatively complete collection of routins to display, modify, and fit one dimensional spectra (like Auger-spectra, Moessbauer-spectra, Energy-spectra,...) There is virtually no limit on the size of the spectra. LISE is intended to work on commandline oriented multitasking machines, such as UNIX Workstations and the AMIGA series of computers. There is also a Graphical User Interface available for LISE applications. This GUI is based on my Menu Description Language Interpreter MDL. Spectra are handled as simple files on the Disk. LISE understands binary and ASCII formats. You can use a spectra calculator with real formulars. Output of pictures is possible on Plotters, Epson Printers, HP Deskjet printers, as Postscript and as IFF. For Amiga Computers there is also a general MCA program with on line data display for data aquisitation. This MCA program has an ARexx Interface and can call macros for on line analysis of your spectra. The LISE routines should be used together with a powerfull command line interpreter such as the korn-shell (or SKShell on Amiga computers) or the bash. These shells are not part of the LISE Distribution. For first experiments on Amiga computers CShell 5.17 will do.
