Steve to send the most recent verion of the Open Pluggable Edge Services (opes) charter to IETF-Announce and new-work 4. Steve to send a WG Review message for the proposed Multicast & Anycast Group Membership (magma) 5. Steve to send a WG Review message for the proposed Presence and Instant Messaging Protocol (prim) Working Group 6. The IESG approved the recharter of the Bridge Mib (bridge) WG. Steve to update the records. 7. Once Allison reports she has no problems with the recharter of the Layer Two Tunnelling Protocol Extensions (l2tpext) Working Group, Steve to update the records. 8. Steve to send a WG Review message for the proposed IP Version 6 Working Group (ipv6) 9. Steve to send a WG Review message for the proposed IP over Infiniband (ipoib) Working Group 10. Steve to send a WG Review message for the proposed Forwarding and Control Element Separation (forces) Working Group 11. The IESG approved publication of Syslog Protocol as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 12. The IESG approved publication of A Framework for Defining Empirical Bulk Transfer Capacity Metrics as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 13. The IESG approved publication of IS-IS Transient Blackhole Avoidance as an Informational RFC. Steve to send announcement. 14. The IESG had no problem with the publication of Generic Routing Encapsulation over CLNP networks as an Informational RFC. Steve to notify RFC Editor. 15. The IESG reconsidered its previous decision to send the Do Not Publish note on Root Zone Definitions and Alternative Roots and the Virtual Inclusive Root to the IETF Announcment list. The note has been posted on the IETF Web page (along with other DNP notes), and that was viewed to be sufficient.
