Pacific Bell San Francisco NSFNET NAP Fees There are three attachement fees for the NAP service: NAP port fee based on the ATM and Frame Relay technologies, local access line charge and an optional IP network management fee. The settlement charges for the bilateral and/or multilateral agreements between the Internet Network Service Providers (NSPs) and the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) which connect to the NAP are neither specified by Pacific Bell nor included in the NAP fees. NSPs and ISPs need to define the settlement policies. The ATM NAP port fees are based on Pacific Bell's ATM market trial tariff for the month-to-month term and contracted prices for the three or five year terms. Frame Relay NAP port fees are based on the commercial tariff prices for the monthly term and contracted prices for the three or five year terms.
