McDonnell F-110A Spectre/F-4B Phantom II.

Bureau No. 149405 (later USAF 62-12168) one of two F4H-1s (F-4B) delivered to the USAF on 24 January 1962 for evaluation as the F-110A and paintedwith full Tactical Air Command markings.  The F-110 designation only lasted for a few months when the naval designation system  was eliminated.
