The "Get Group List from Host" and "Send Group List to Host" operations
did not work in version 2.0b23 when used with FTP servers running on HP
hosts. The problem was caused by our attempt to fix a problem with IBM
VM/CMS servers in version 2.0b23. For now, we've removed the VM/CMS
fix. So 2.0b24 once again works OK with HP hosts, but does not work
with VM/CMS hosts. We'll try again to see if we can make NewsWatcher
work with all kinds of hosts in a future version.
