PLEASE TURN WORD WRAP ON! THE FSS (Flight Sim Support) project By TEAM FSS sasfss@dalnet.se http://www.dalnet.se/sasfss/ ENGMial2.zip ("personal freeware") contains: - one ENGMial2.pdf file with IAL (Instrument Approach and Landing) charts of ENGM/ Oslo Gardermoen, Norway, previously released (30 MAR 99) as a password protected EUFile. - one ReadMe file THE FSS PROJECT IN BRIEF The FSS (Flight Sim Support) project is dedicated to flight simmers all over the world. Its purpose is to provide the virtual world with original Route Manual(RM) Aeronautical Charts used in SAS aircraft. PARTICIPANTS: SAS FLIGHT SUPPORT, DEPARTMENT OF COMPUTER OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT, STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, a subsidiary company of SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System) and TEAM FSS, SUNNANSJO, SWEDEN. HOMEPAGE: http://www.dalnet.se/sasfss/ THE DOCUMENTS: The RM pages are published as electronic documents in Acrobat PDF file format. To view/print them you must have Acrobat Reader, 32-bit version which you can download from: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html When printing them, excellent results are achieved with a common deskjet printer, (for instance HP DeskJet 600) at highest resolution. Laser printers give still better results of course. Tip: When printing the documents, check the "shrink to fit" button in Acrobat Reader, and set the paper format of your printer to the A4 format (210 x297mm). This format was used for the original pdf files. SAFETY AND LEGAL ASPECTS: The documents may be slightly outdated and withdrawn from current RM due to revisions. For that reason they are NOT FOR OPERATIONAL USE and MUST NOT be used with true-life aviation. Team FSS (sasfss@dalnet.se) produced the ENGMial2.pdf file in co-operation with SAS Flight Support AB, Stockholm, Sweden. It is "personal freeware" and MUST NOT be resold, misused or incorporated into any "public freeware", shareware, payware, CD-ROMs, publications or periodicals without our permission.
