ORF - Southeast Virginia for Microsoft Flight Simulator 98

ORF provides a highly detailed environment for local VFR and log distance IFR
flight in the Southeast Virginia area from the Atlantic Ocean to a bit west of 
Williamsburg. Recreational, industrial, military, rural, and commercial areas
provide lots of variety and interest for local flights. Detail at ORF and PHF
includes jetways, marshallers, runway signs, taxiway centerlines stoplines, and 
textured static and dynamic aircraft and ground traffic, and provides a great 
stopover on long distance east coast flights.

This version is compatible with FS98 only and should not be used with earlier 
versions of Flight Simulator.

This update adds textured dynamic scenery, compatibility files for users of 
DELMARVA v3.1, a few additional scenery objects, some minor adjustments, and 
inclusion of a texture file that was inadvertantly omitted from the previous
version. 

Version 4.1a includes several *.BGL files that were omitted from version 4.1.
