Bombardier Global Express Panel For FS98 by Paul Schwerdtfeger ----------------------------------------------------------- A FS98 panel for the Bombardier Global Express Corporate/Regional Jet. Based on photos of the Global Express. Designed in 800x600 mode and tested in all modes and 3Dfx. Features include very accurate representation, ROSE and ARC HSI gauges, working MFDs, Moving Map Mode, stall and overspeed warning indicators, "No Smoking" and "Fasten Belts" switches with sounds, and Panel switches. INSTALLATION: Follow these steps to install: This panel uses gauges from other panels I have designed. Respond YES to overwrite existing files when prompted. - Unzip BGEPAN98 into a temporary folder - Copy panel.cfg and *.bmp to the \panel folder of the aircraft that you want to use the panel with. - unzip the GAUGES.ZIP file into the ...\flight sim\gauges folder. - unzip the SOUNDS.ZIP file into the ...\flight sim\sound folder. - Don't forget to remove the files from the temporary folder. PANEL INSTRUCTIONS: 1: Toggle on/off upper panel (OFF improves frame rate). 2: Toggle ARC HSI to reveal the map for Map Mode. 3: Toggle on/off HSI/VSI inLeft MFD. 4: Toggle on/off the main panel. 5: Toggle on/off ROSE HSI over center MFD. 6: Toggle on/off Systems Status display over right MFD. MAP MODE: Press 2 to turn off HSI display. This will leave a hole in the center MFD. Drag the map (after resizing) down to the Right MFD and it will show up through the display. Make sure that the ROSE HSI is off too by pressing 5 if it is displayed. SWITCH INSTRUCTIONS: There are 3 switches on the panel. These switches are located on the upper left of the panel under the warning indicators. MAP : Click here to remove the ARC HSI gauge to reveal the map underneath. ROSE: Click here to toggle ROSE HSI over the center MFD. SYS : Click here to turn on/off the Systems display.
