HISTORY:

National Airlines was one of the bigger U.S carriers which has operated many national
and Int'l routes during the years. The DC-10 jets were added to make the European
routes, in company the Boeing 747-100 around 1973. They served mostly London,
Paris and Rome. In January 1980, National Airlines was acquired by PanAm, and all
their planes were operated by PanAm.
