WU-FTPD is an alternative ftp daemon for UNIX systems developed at Washington University. PLATFORM: WU-FTPD V2.6.2 delivered via Internet Express (IX) V6.2 and prior versions for Tru 64 UNIX 5.1A and 5.1B systems with installed supported base levels. HP-UX B.11.00, B.11.11, B.11.22 and B.11.23 running wu-ftpd 2.6.1 Solaris 9 Operating System Solaris 9 SPARC and x86 Platforms. DAMAGE: WU-FTPD may be remotely exploitable to gain directory access, cause denial of service, or elevated user privileges.
