Effective 00:00 EDT (GMT -4) on 7 August 1995, the ARC will be permanently staffed by ASSIST personnel and operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The expanded ARC operations will allow ASSIST to better serve the INFOSEC and computer security incident response needs of the DoD community. Please ensure widest possible dissemination of this bulletin. ASSIST provides computer security incident response support, system security information and tools, and other INFOSEC services to the DoD community.
